Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo/a Especialista de Planificación de Infraestructura TI y Nube. ☁️🖥️

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu reto?

Serás parte de la planificación y evolución de nuestra infraestructura tecnológica, asegurando que sea eficiente, escalable, segura y preparada para los desafíos del negocio.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

🔹 Planificar y gestionar la capacidad y crecimiento de infraestructura física, virtual y cloud.
🔹 Diseñar arquitecturas técnicas de servidores, almacenamiento, redes y servicios en la nube.
🔹 Evaluar el impacto de nuevos proyectos e iniciativas sobre la infraestructura existente.
🔹 Participar en proyectos de implementación, expansión, migración y modernización de infraestructura.
🔹 Gestionar entornos híbridos on-premise + cloud y oportunidades de optimización de recursos (right-sizing).
🔹 Monitorear indicadores de capacidad, utilización y desempeño para anticipar necesidades de crecimiento.
🔹 Administrar servidores, sistemas operativos, almacenamiento, respaldos y plataformas de virtualización.
🔹 Participar en la planificación de nube privada y soluciones IaaS.
🔹 Contribuir en estrategias de continuidad de negocio y recuperación ante desastres DRP/BCP.
🔹 Gestionar el ciclo de vida de la infraestructura, incluyendo renovaciones, actualizaciones y obsolescencia.
🔹 Identificar brechas de seguridad y asegurar la aplicación de buenas prácticas de infraestructura y hardening.
🔹 Elaborar documentación técnica, arquitecturas, diagramas, estándares y planes de infraestructura.
🔹 Investigar tecnologías emergentes y evaluar su factibilidad de implementación.
🔹 Coordinar con equipos de Desarrollo, Operaciones, Seguridad y proveedores para asegurar implementaciones exitosas.
🔹 Elaborar y presentar informes ejecutivos sobre proyectos, avances, riesgos, dependencias e indicadores.

✨ ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

🎓 Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Computación, Electrónica o carreras afines.
💼 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Infraestructura TI.
☁️ Experiencia en Cloud, IaaS y nube privada: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud u OpenStack.
🖥️ Experiencia con plataformas de virtualización como VMware, Hyper-V, Xen u OpenStack.
⚙️ Conocimientos de Infrastructure as Code, Terraform y/o Ansible.
🐍 Conocimientos de Python, Bash, PowerShell, APIs y automatización.
📦 Experiencia con contenedores y Kubernetes.
🖥️ Administración de Windows, Linux y Solaris.
💾 Conocimientos de Storage, SAN/NAS/SDS, respaldos y hardware de servidores.
🌐 Conocimientos de networking, VLAN, capa 2/3, segmentación, routing, VPN y conectividad de Datacenter.
📊 Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo y capacity management.
🔐 Conocimientos de seguridad TI y hardening.
📐 Capacidad para documentar y diagramar arquitecturas técnicas.
🚗 Licencia de conducir y disponibilidad para realizar actividades en Datacenters, incluyendo horarios especiales cuando sea necesario.
