Salary range: $115K - $185K
Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States

About this role
We are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of personal injury experience to join TorkLaw's growing litigation team and advocate for accident victims through every stage of the legal process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, bilingual litigator who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to handle meaningful, high-value cases alongside experienced trial attorneys.
What will you be doing?
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including discovery, motions, and trial
- Draft, file, and argue key litigation documents including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to MSJs
- Conduct thorough case investigations to establish liability and assess damages
- Maintain consistent client communication and guide clients through each stage of litigation
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to develop and execute case strategy
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience with a strong focus on trial work
- Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Licensed attorney in good standing in the applicable state
- Strong knowledge of state laws and legal procedures related to personal injury litigation
