Master Planner

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Facility Planner in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide on-site facility and installation support services to Headquarters, Army Materiel Command (AMC), and subordinate commands and installations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management, administration and execution of the Headquarters, AMC facility and installation support programs.
• Provide on-site and remote training and technical assistance to AMC installation users of the Army Strategic Perspective for Infrastructure Requirements Evaluation (ASPIRE) (formerly Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS)) and Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP).  
• Assist with development of installation facility requirements, stationing package validation and project justification.
• Review installation real property (Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS)) and force structure (Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP)) data to ensure accuracy and completeness of facility requirements in ASPIRE (RPLANS) and Infrastructure Status Report (ISR).

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) in a business office environment.
• BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical discipline.   Able to travel 1 week/month
• Experience analyzing and integrating facilities and related data from multiple sources to create ad-hoc reports and project justification.   
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power platform applications (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI) experience.
• Experience working at an Army general officer level headquarters.  
• Use of Army facility planning systems and criteria to develop facility requirements and project justification, including  HQ IIS, ASPIRE (RPLANS), ASIP, ISR, Facility Sustainment Model, financial management and force structure systems.
• Familiarity with the Army Vantage data and analytics platform.
