Under the guidance of Mondelēz International’s legal IP leader or IP counsel, you deliver on our Intellectual Property (IP) legal strategy, activities, and service delivery model in a legal IP area. You use your ability to work independently, your in-depth knowledge, and significant experience in IP area to apply legal IP knowledge in practice and propose legal solutions and alternatives to in-house counsel.

How you will contribute:

Under the guidance of Mondelēz International’s legal IP leader or IP Counsel, you will deliver on our legal IP strategy, activities, and service delivery model in a legal IP area. In this role, you provide strategic legal IP support to the business unit, region and global stakeholders and work closely with them to ensure legal IP concepts and implications are understood and related legal and operational risks are assessed. You will operate IP systems and technologies relevant to the area of support, prepare documents, gather information, and interact with business partners to deliver objectives and provide expertise and experience in a legal IP area to identify and advise on laws and regulatory changes in area globally.

Localização: São Paulo — Híbrido (50%)
Tipo: Temporário (mínimo 6 meses)

Principais Responsabilidades

• Elaborar e revisar contratos comerciais da área de vendas, mitigando riscos e propondo medidas de proteção.
• Apoiar a área de Vendas e Trade Marketing na estruturação de operações e parcerias comerciais.
• Garantir conformidade dos contratos com a legislação vigente e as políticas corporativas.
• Suportar a gerência jurídica na condução de processos de negociação de contratos e projetos.
• Interagir com demais áreas do negócio para alinhamento de aspectos contratuais ou jurídico comerciais.
• Apoiar a gestão do portfólio e de templates de contratos da área (controle de vigência, renovações, aditivos).

Requisitos

• Formação em Direito com OAB ativa
• Experiência de 1 a 3 anos em direito contratual/consultivo
• Sólida base em contratos gerais, com olhar crítico para mitigação de riscos e conformidade jurídica
• Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com equipe e áreas de negócio
• Perfil proativo e colaborativo
• Organização e capacidade de priorização de demandas.

Desejáveis

• Inglês intermediário a avançado
• Conhecimento em LGPD e compliance
• Conhecimento em garantias contratuais
• Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de contratos (CLM)
