We're looking for a Full-Time Floor Manager (2IC) to join our leadership team and help drive the success of our MECCA Castle Towers store in NSW.

As a Floor Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to champion the MECCA customer experience—leading with purpose, empowering your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life through every interaction.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead from the front by coaching, mentoring and developing your team to build confidence and capability.

• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve commercial goals while living MECCA's values.

• Drive operational excellence and create an engaged, inclusive and high-performing team culture.

• Partner with the Store Leadership Team to deliver outstanding business results.

What success looks like in this role:

• Experience successfully leading large retail teams in a fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating MECCA-magic moments.

• Confidence in coaching, developing and providing meaningful feedback to support team growth.

• Strong leadership skills with a genuine care for people and creating an outstanding team member experience.

Requirement of the role:

• Availability to work a flexible full-time roster, including late evenings and weekends.
