Overview
This position is primarily responsible for the full-process management of export orders for feed enzymes, covering order coordination, production and stock preparation scheduling, delivery date follow-up, customs declaration and clearance, logistics arrangement, document handling, assistance in customer payment collection, as well as the filling of relevant reports and the execution of ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
Responsible for laboratory sample preparation and coordination with Customer Service and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and inspect on-site quality compliance across production facilities, including contract manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics operations; propose improvement recommendations.
Verify the execution and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by relevant departments and plant operations.
Assist in maintaining the effective operation of the company's quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP, FAMI-QS, and FSSC 22000), and support the QA team in successfully passing second-party and third-party audits by certification bodies and customers.
Provide corrective action recommendations and improvement proposals for non-conformities identified during internal and external audits.
Perform daily data entry in LIMS and M3 systems, including system-based follow-up on customer sample requests.
Prepare and submit relevant work reports and monthly quality reports.
Other duties as assigned by manager/ supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Biopharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Food Science, Animal Science, or other related majors.
Prior experience in on-site production quality control is preferred.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in reading and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
