The Role: Roll-Off Route Driver
We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused CDL A Driver in Newark, OH and surrounding areas to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle daily pickups and deliveries of roll-off containers filled with recyclable glass materials—playing a key part in our sustainability mission.
What You’ll Do
Safely operate roll-off trucks on daily routes
Pick up and deliver containers to customer locations
Load and unload materials at each site
Ensure compliance with all DOT, federal, state, and local regulations
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and respect
Maintain equipment awareness and perform basic safety checks
Step in to support other routes/equipment (roll-off or tractor trailer) when needed
What You Bring
Valid Class A CDL (required)
At least 1 year of recent driving experience (or equivalent military experience)
Strong knowledge of truck safety & commercial driving regulations
Clean driving record and safety-first mindset
Solid time management and reliability
Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
Ability to follow processes, policies, and safety standards
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Physical & Work Environment
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical activity required: lifting, pushing, pulling (up to 50 lbs)
Exposure to moving equipment and materials (including glass)
Must be comfortable with hands-on loading/unloading
Schedule & Pay
Full-Time | 40 hours/week
1st Shift: Monday–Friday (typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Flexible start/end times based on routes and traffic
Overtime available (and may be required)
