Responsibilities

Product Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications.
• Build new product features and enhance existing functionality based on business and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Build reusable UI components and optimise application performance.

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and business logic.
• Implement authentication, authorisation, and role-based access controls.
• Integrate applications with databases, enterprise platforms, and third-party services.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.

Data & Workflow Solutions

• Design application workflows, data models, and business process automation.
• Develop features for operational reporting, task management, and process optimisation.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and traceability across the application lifecycle.

Quality, Security & DevOps

• Implement automated testing and secure coding practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

User Engagement & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with users to understand business challenges and validate solutions.
• Participate in prototyping, usability testing, and iterative product development.
• Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering or Application Development.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications and digital products.
• Experience working in Agile or product-based development environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience developing backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or Go.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorisation, and application security.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of database design, data modelling, and query optimisation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerisation (e.g., Docker), and application monitoring is advantageous.
