What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up on time for every scheduled shift
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (must list you as a covered driver)
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
• Current TB screening (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, compassionate, and client-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA, GNA, or CMT certification
• At least one year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience documenting care notes using a mobile app or electronic documentation system

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders (CMTs may administer medications as assigned)
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition
• Accurately document care provided during each visit
• Transport clients to appointments and errands when required
