Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client needs deeply and translating them into practical business and technological strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. Ensuring that the technology and business solutions align precisely with business requirements is a key part of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation across various client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration efforts to ensure alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM), SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process transformations aligned with technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Competence in troubleshooting integration challenges and delivering scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
