Responsibilities:
Manage a team of individuals who work in imaging, indexing and client data maintenance
Training / Development of Associates
Time Management / Payroll/ Time-off Requests
Productivity / Performance Management
• Open mail using both electronic and manual opening devices
• Identify the contents of each envelope as either processable or not processable
• Prepare processable documents for scanning
o Put document pages in the correct order
o Insert admin sheets as needed
o Identify if documents are original or copies
o Fill out a batch cover sheet
• Scan documents into the company's workflow system using a desktop scanner
o Ensure that the electronic images are clear and that all pages were captured
o Release the document into the workflow system
• Store documents in batch boxes by date and batch number
• Audit batch boxes for errors before secure destruction
Location & Commitments
• Permanent, full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 78AM to 5PMz
• Requires 2 hours of overtime on the day immediately following a holiday (unless the Associate has a scheduled day off on that day)
• Voluntary overtime will be requested as needed.
Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass background check, fingerprint check and credit check
Must have supervisory experience leading and managing a team
• Must be fully proficient in using the following Microsoft tools.
o Outlook
o Word
o Excel – data entry
• Must be able to use multiple screens to navigate multiple systems/windows
• Must be able to type 55WPM and use 10-key
• Prior experience data entry or administrative services a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
• Comfortable working under a deadline
• Strong attention to detail
