  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and promote operational excellence.
  • Analyze project performance, resolve issues proactively, and recommend solutions to support continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across corporate functions while promoting accountability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, preferably leading cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Project, Teams, Planner, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with project reporting, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is an asset.

  • A flexible work environment
  • A comprehensive onboarding experience
  • Significant professional development, training, and a mentorship program
