As a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering technology projects across our fast-paced and forward-thinking Technology team. Working closely with AI teams, product owners, DevSecOps, solutions architects, business analysts and QA teams, you will manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
This opportunity is ideal for a project manager with approximately 3 to 7 years' experience, looking to build on a solid foundation in project delivery while working on innovative and business-critical initiatives.
This will be a full time, 12 month fixed term contract position based in our Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver technology projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality outcomes are achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business representatives and technical teams to support successful project delivery.
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, managing priorities, dependencies and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs and project reporting, proactively managing risks and issues to keep projects on track.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums, ensuring actions are tracked and outcomes are communicated effectively.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes, documentation and ways of working.

3 - 7 years' experience in a Technical Project Manager or Project Manager role within a complex technology environment.
Experience delivering technology projects across infrastructure, enterprise applications, systems, data, digital or business transformation initiatives.
Strong project planning and delivery capability, including experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and project reporting.
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments, with a practical understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Hands-on experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and project sponsors.
