Brightondale Senior Living, a part of Silvercrest Properties, is hiring a Resident Services Director where you will have the opportunity to serve our residents and families by linking residents with available on-site services and promoting their overall quality of life.

What You'll Do:

• This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our residents and their families by working closely with the Care Team to better understand the needs of those they serve.
• Link residents with available on-site services and promote their overall quality of life.

What you will need:

• Required to be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in a customer service position, preferably in senior housing or hospitality services is required.
• Social service or case management experience is helpful.
