## What you’ll do:
To act as the ES EMEA Project and CI Manager for Project Foresight, working closely with the Business Solution Owner and Business Process Owner ES EMEA to ensure successful implementation of the Kinaxis solution for E2E planning. Specifically:
Act as the main contact between Business, Genpact and ETL throughout the project, managing resources, milestones, timelines and stakeholder communication. Provide regular project status updates. Act as SME and support the Business Solution Owner on planning and execution processes, including data, configuration and design decisions. Support the Business Process Owner in driving change management and adoption of Kinaxis and new processes. Coordinate, track and prioritize tickets for ES EMEA sites. Lead CI activities, including annual CI planning, maturity assessments, action plans and milestone delivery to achieve and maintain Kinaxis "Run" status.
1\. Project Management (Satellite DC & E33 Projects)
- Manage Kinaxis deployment for Satellite DC and E33 projects.
- Participate in requirements gathering, data integration, sprint builds, testing and deployment.
- Coordinate resources, monitor progress, manage communications and resolve issues to ensure delivery against plan.
- Establish communication plans and regular meetings with LT, SMEs and project teams.
2\. ERP Data Management
- Ensure ERP master data and planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, BOMs, routings, source lists, etc.) are accurate and maintained to support Kinaxis planning.
- Ensure data readiness for go-live and sustainable governance thereafter.
3\. Change Management & Deployment
- Support development and execution of change management and deployment plans.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and prepared.
- Drive phased deployment and adoption of Kinaxis across all sites.
4\. Post Go-Live Support
- Monitor data quality, system usage and planning outputs.
- Coordinate fixes and enhancements with IT.
- Ensure full transition of planning activities to Kinaxis and SAP in line with the deployment plan.
5\. Kinaxis Ticket Management
- Monitor and prioritize ES EMEA tickets with SMEs and the NP team.
- Coordinate ticket assignment, track progress and manage escalations.
- Report status of critical tickets.
6\. Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Lead the annual Kinaxis CI cycle.
- Coordinate maturity self-assessments and define improvement actions with Business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Oversee execution of CI projects and track progress.
## Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferrably in supply chain or a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain roles
## Skills:
- Experience in Supply Chain/SIOP/IBP required, experience in ETO/Project Business preferred
- Experience with SAP required (Kinaxis would be a plus), project management experience preferred
- Experience in Change management, ability to work in a matrix organization, analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, process-minded, customer-orientated, coaching abilities, ability to influence and strong communication skills
