[What you will be working on]
The job holder will support NLB’s Corporate Communications Division in the following areas:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated strategic communications plans for NLB programmes, events, and institutional announcements, including corporate storytelling, key message development, and preparation of media materials that align with NLB's strategic priorities
- Advise senior management on communications strategy and ensure consistent positioning across all communications touchpoints
- Spearhead proactive media engagement and publicity campaigns, including strategic media pitching, cultivating relationships with key journalists and editors, and overseeing media interview facilitation and responses to media queries
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies and vendors to deliver communications outcomes effectively
[What we are looking for]
- At least 6 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, with a demonstrated track record in strategic communications planning and execution
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity would be an advantage
- Strong expertise in media relations, integrated marcomms campaigns, and digital content strategy
- Strong command of English with good writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Highly driven and thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
The successful candidate will be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance.
