Implementation Consultant (Customer Onboarding)

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to help clients successfully adopt and optimize Clarivate's intellectual property management solutions, including IPfolio, FoundationIP, and/or Memotech. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, client onboarding, data, and business processes.
 

This role involves contributing to configuration and integration activities as part of our consultancy services. A key aspect of the position is the ability to analyze business requirements while maintaining a strong client focus. Experience with intellectual property operations, renewals management, client onboarding, or IP administration is highly valued, but not mandatory.
 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 5 years of relevant working experience in software implementation, consulting, customer onboarding, or working closely with implementation teams
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
• Proficient level of Excel
• Proficient level of English language
   

It would be great if you also had...

• Familiarity with Intellectual Property or legal industry workflows
• Experience working in a legal or professional services environment
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions
• Experience working with Salesforce administration or a similar CRM platform
• Proficiency in additional Microsoft Office tools such as Access, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint365
• Previous experience working effectively in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience supporting data migration, data validation, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
   

What will you be doing in this role?

• Support client onboarding activities, renewals-related initiatives, system integrations, and escalation requests received through multiple channels
• Collaborate with the implementation team to deliver tailored technical solutions within the system, aligned with client-specific requirements
• Collaborate with implementation consultants to analyze, document, and optimize business processes
• Design and maintain customer-specific features and configuration scripts
• Support data migration activities and integration with external systems
• Liaise with the software development team to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring their requirements and business needs are effectively addressed

About the Team

This role reports into the Senior Manager, Service Implementation working as part of a team of 10 Implementation Consultants based across Europe supporting our IPMS products.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours for this role would be three days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while the remaining two days a week would follow a more flexible schedule, ideally from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
 

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
