For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 7+ years of experience, with a proven track record leading and mentoring AI and Software Engineering teams
- Strategic approach to identifying, designing, and building AI workflows for global business needs
- Strong background as a Full stack developer with Node.js and React
- Experience integrating AI into existing systems across different solutions
- Strong understanding of AI models, frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Expertise in designing secure and scalable AI system architectures
- Experience managing projects through entire lifecycles
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in AI-related technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience in coding and software integrations
- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
- Availability for remote work based in Portugal (candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered. EU candidates are welcome if open to relocate in Portugal).
