## What you'll do:
The Packaging Assistant/Analyst is an entry-level role supporting the development, validation, and continuous improvement of packaging solutions for Eaton’s electrical products, beginning with circuit breaker product lines. This position partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to execute packaging trials, collect performance data, and maintain documentation. The role provides hands-on exposure to production environments and packaging processes, with opportunities to expand support across additional product lines as experience grows
- Support the development and implementation of packaging solutions for circuit breaker product lines in addition to print on demand label support.
- Assist with packaging trials, line validations, and production floor testing activities.
- Collect and document data related to packaging performance, including damage rates, material usage, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain packaging documentation such as specifications, work instructions, and bills of materials.
- Perform basic packaging tests, including package integrity checks and material evaluations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to support packaging changes and improvements.
- Help identify and troubleshoot packaging-related issues during production.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, waste reduction, and process efficiency.
- Communicate test results, observations, and recommendations through clear reports and team updates.
- Follow established safety, quality, and compliance standards in all activities.
- Gradually expand support to additional product lines and packaging programs as knowledge and experience increase.
## Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
-2 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical environment (internship or co-op experience acceptable) with the *technical knowledge specified bellow.
-Advanced English.
