S/4HANA Director

We are looking for an SAP  Director to lead and further expand our S/4HANA practice. 
This is a strategic leadership position for an experienced SAP professional who is passionate about building teams, developing client relationships, and driving successful SAP S/4HANA transformations.

Your Role

• As SAP Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future growth of our SAP business. You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business 
  development, oversee project delivery, and grow a high-performing team of SAP consultants.
• You will be a visible leader within the SAP community and a trusted advisor to our clients and executive leadership teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and Grow the SAP Practice
• Define and execute the strategic direction of the SAP S/4HANA practice.
• Support the continued growth of our SAP consulting business through thought leadership and market engagement.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire SAP consultants, managers, and architects.
• Strengthen our position as a trusted SAP transformation partner.
• Drive Business Development
• Build long-term relationships with CFOs, Directors, CIOs, and senior business  stakeholders.
• Lead sales engagements, client workshops, and proposal activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and win new business.
• Collaborate with account teams to support sustainable revenue growth.
• Deliver Complex SAP Transformations
• Provide executive oversight for SAP S/4HANA e transformation programmes.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout programme lifecycles, from strategy through implementation.
• Support governance, quality assurance, and successful delivery outcomes.
• Engage directly with client steering committees and executive sponsors.

What You Bring

• Extensive SAP  consulting experience within a consulting or system integration environment.
• Proven success leading S/4HANA transformation programmes and client engagements.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading consulting teams.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of business development and account growth.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders.
• Passion for developing people and creating a collaborative consulting culture.
