The role
The role sits within the Global Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team and supports communications across a range of strategic business priorities, with a particular focus on Supply Chain & Operations. Combining colleague engagement, corporate storytelling, leadership communications and business partnership, the role helps translate complex topics into clear, compelling communications that support understanding, engagement and trust across the company.
Working closely with leaders, subject matter experts and colleagues across Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, the role contributes to integrated communications programmes that strengthen TMICC's culture, reputation and business performance.

What you'll be responsible for
Lead the development and delivery of integrated communications strategies and plans that support business priorities, organisational change and colleague engagement.
Serve as a strategic communications partner to Supply Chain & Operations leaders and other senior stakeholders, providing counsel on communication priorities, messaging, stakeholder engagement and change communications.
Advise and support senior leaders to communicate complex topics with clarity, credibility and impact through leadership communications, town halls, events, videos and other engagement activities.
Develop compelling narratives, campaigns and content that bring TMICC's strategy, transformation, culture, business performance and priorities to life across a range of channels and audiences.
Ensure effective communication within Supply Chain & Operations, while helping colleagues across TMICC understand the function's priorities, progress, capabilities and contribution to business success.
Work closely with colleagues across the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team to ensure communications activities are aligned with broader corporate narratives, sustainability priorities and stakeholder engagement objectives.
Identify opportunities and potential risks, helping shape communication approaches that strengthen understanding, engagement, trust and reputation among colleagues and key stakeholders.
Use insight, feedback and measurement to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve communication impact and engagement.
Partner with agencies and external suppliers where required to support communications programmes, campaigns and strategic initiatives.
We're looking for someone who
10+ years' communications experience, ideally spanning colleague engagement, internal communications, corporate communications and/or corporate affairs.
Proven experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams in a complex, global organisation.
Demonstrated success developing and delivering communications strategies, plans and campaigns that support business priorities and organisational change, demonstrating sound judgement and adaptability.
Experience supporting global functions or business units, translating complex topics into clear, compelling and engaging communications for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to create high-quality content across multiple formats and channels, including leadership communications, speeches, town halls, videos, events and digital platforms.
Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver communications programmes and events.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, direct and practical style. Native-level English is essential.
Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
Strong communication judgement, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear and engaging communications and complex topics into compelling communications.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions, geographies and levels of the organisation.
Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in understanding the business and identifying communication opportunities.
Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and team-oriented, building strong partnerships across the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team and wider business.
Brings energy, resilience and a strong focus on delivery.
