What You'll Be Doing
Complete activities encompassing Warehouse; Shipping, Domestic and International, Material Transfer activities and Cycle Counting. Coordinate these activities to ensure efficient utilization of warehouse resources to optimize the flow of finished goods from production to the end customer.
- Complete daily shipping of customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
- Work to maintain the franchise goal of 98% on-time fulfillment rate globally.
- Work with Supervisor to help resolve any issue quickly and help find solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate generation of process documentation (shipping documentation and transactions) .
- Investigate any process problems timely and provide documentation in an organized manner.
- Cross trained in all functions of finished goods.
- Ability to enter a cleanroom to transfer material
- Assist in cycle counting activities as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma (or equivalent).
- 0 to 2 years of Shipping and Receiving.
Required Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and OSHA requirements; remain current on training.
- Overtime or weekends may be required.
- Good computer skills.
- Periodic lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Physical motion (standing, walking and sitting).
- High degree of manual dexterity.
- Temperature variations (dock cold or hot)
Preferred Requirements
- ERP system knowledge
- Knowledge of Continuous improvement and Lean activities (Kaizen and 5S).

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $46,400 - $63,800 annually. The estimated salary is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
