Job Summary:
The Transfer Pricing Manager supports global compliance and audit defense by helping prepare and maintain country local files, performing intercompany data analysis, and drafting country ad-hoc reports. The role coordinates with internal stakeholders and external providers to track documentation requirements and deliverables, escalating risks and issues as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the transfer pricing cycle (data gathering, benchmarking support, and local report drafting) in coordination with the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager.
- Coordinate with the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager and external providers to compile intercompany documentation, functional analyses, and comparable data.
- Provide audit defense and local tax planning support to Area Tax and Tax Controversy teams, including preparing analyses and documentation for review.
- Support tax due diligence and structuring efforts for mergers and acquisitions by gathering information and preparing summaries for review.
- Assist with periodic reviews and updates of intercompany agreements to align with transfer pricing policies, coordinating inputs and routing for approvals.
- Coordinate with internal finance teams to collect financial and operational data needed for local documentation requirements and respond to routine follow-ups.
- Contribute to internal transfer pricing training by developing materials and delivering sessions, as assigned.

The Transfer Pricing Manager is expected to deliver high-quality work on assigned projects, communicate status and risks early, and build trusted, collaborative relationships with stakeholders—while operating under the guidance of the Global Transfer Pricing Senior Manager.
- Build and sustain effective working relationships across the organization and with external providers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve tools/automation; implement improvements within assigned scope and elevate broader recommendations.
- Maintain current knowledge of global transfer pricing documentation requirements and share relevant updates with the team.
- Support disciplined documentation practices (issue tracking, process/procedure updates) and escalate complex matters for resolution.
- Work cross-functionally to help document significant transactions/events and support ongoing monitoring activities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· CPA, JD, Master’s degree in economics or other comparable training
· 10+ years of combined public accounting and corporate multinational experience.
· A strong broad knowledge base of transfer pricing
- Transfer pricing documentation experience in a multinational company or professional services firm
- Familiarity/experience in dealing with voluminous data, often with shifting priorities
