Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our dynamic and mission-driven team! In this role, you’ll support innovative research that advances patient care and contributes to the goals of the Gundersen Medical Foundation.
The Clinical Research Coordinator provides comprehensive coordination and support for clinical research activities. You’ll work closely with principal investigators, patients, and Gundersen Health System staff to ensure studies are conducted safely, ethically, and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about contributing to meaningful medical research that directly impacts patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and support clinical research studies from initiation through completion
Partner with principal investigators and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols
Recruit, screen, and support research participants
Maintain accurate documentation and study records
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep studies running smoothly
What’s Available:
1.0 FTE; Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin Main Campus, with potential for occasional travel to Onalaska Clinic
Compensation: Starting at $25.38/hour+, based on experience
What You’ll Need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research Coordination or a related field OR Associate degree with 4 years of work experience in the healthcare field (preferably 2 of these years in clinical research)
License/ Certification: Valid driver’s license, Required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Prior experience working within research/ medical research preferred
Experience working in Epic (EHR) and data extraction preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
