Position Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Warehouse and maintaining par levels with various departments and managers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

•    Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Warehouse and maintaining par levels with various departments and managers
•    Assists with all training, scheduling, evaluating and counseling of the distribution staff
•    Responsible for all inventory including rotation, inventory adjustments and variances
•    Ensures that all product meets Mohegan Sun’s specifications

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Assists with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the warehouse
•    Ensures the pump rooms are maintained and running properly

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

•    High School Diploma or equivalent
•    Four years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution
•    Previous experience using Stratton Warren Inventory system

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks
•    Basic computer knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
•    Knowledge of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employment

Training Requirements:

•    Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classes
•    Must complete the Serve Safe training course
•    Ability to navigate in Stratton Warren purchase software and understand where information is stored
•    Knowledge of Food and Beverage products and warehouse operations

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

•    Warehouse work environment
•    Must be able to bend, stand, lift and walk for extended periods of time
•    Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
•    Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
