KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as the in-market lead for supply chain and direct procurement deployment activities, coordinating across Make, Plan, Deliver, and procurement functions
Validates the global supply chain and procurement template during Local Design, assessing fit to local sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and delivery models
Coordinates with local SC SMEs and sourcing unit leadership to confirm Day 2 target state, identify required localisations, and escalate any statutory or operational exceptions
Leads supply chain preparation for go-live, including stock build planning, site readiness, logistics contingency planning, and supply continuity risk mitigation
Supports SIT, UAT, cutover, and Hypercare for all SC and procurement processes, ensuring continuity of service and rapid issue resolution
Interfaces with the Wave Supply, Manufacturing and Logistics Lead and the Global Supply Chain & Procurement Team
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan, Make, Deliver) and procurement operations, within the Ice Cream context
Experience coordinating functional SMEs, validating process fit, and preparing operations for major systems or organisational change
Familiarity with SAP supply chain modules, manufacturing systems, and local operational planning processes is desirable
Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate across factories, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and procurement
