General Purpose

As a Call Center Representative, you will communicate with homeowners by phone, confirm scheduled appointments, respond to customer inquiries, and help ensure our sales representatives meet with qualified homeowners.

Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners by telephone to confirm appointments and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer incoming calls from homeowners responding to advertisements.
• Deliver a professional scripted presentation and adjust conversations based on homeowner needs.
• Answer homeowner questions and address concerns.
• Verify homeowner information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
• Confirm appointments with sales representatives and ensure accurate scheduling.
• Enter appointment details and customer information into company systems.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update reports.
• Conduct quality control calls and follow up with homeowners as needed.
• Support the sales team by helping create a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in call center, appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to speak professionally and confidently with homeowners.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management systems.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
• Product training provided.
