Job Description/Responsibilities

The Prestige Portfolio Natonal Manager - East leads the accelerated growth of our prestige portfolios of ultra-aged and masterfully blended: The Last Drop, Sazerac de Forge, and Irish ‘New to World’ portfolios in the US. This roll will oversee both the on-premise and off-premise channels, working collaboratively within the US Sales organization . This leader is responsible for implementing strategic planning initiatives, perfect brand execution, and scaling luxury selling experiences to deliver against commercial targets.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Self-motivated, innovative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in alcohol beverage industry or cpg overall
  • Ability to project a professional image
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Understanding of how to translate and apply events to a high-net worth experience strategy.
  • Ability to identify new targeted customers
  • Establish direct relationships with hnw spirits connoisseurs and a luxury crm capability

Experience

MUST

  • 3 years relevant experience (minimum)
  • 2 years national accounts / key account experience (on and off premise)
  • 1 year experience consulting, managing and setting up vip guest visits
  • 2 years experience in customer service, retail
  • 1 year p&l management
  • 3 years sales experience
