What You'll Do
- Provide safe, accurate, and compassionate blood draws and specimen collection for patients of all ages.
- Ensure every specimen is properly identified, labeled, processed, and prepared for testing.
- Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing according to established policies and quality standards.
- Prioritize daily workload while responding to urgent and STAT laboratory requests.
- Communicate laboratory results promptly to providers to support timely patient care.
- Work closely with providers, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements
- High School graduate or GED certificate
- Graduation from an accredited Phlebotomy program
- Valid and current State of California Phlebotomy license
- Comprehension of medical terminology
