About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven User Operations Specialist to support our growth in the Mexico market. This role focuses on managing the full user lifecycle, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and reactivation, to drive user growth and engagement.
Develop and execute user operation strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on growth and activity improvement.
Analyze user data to understand behavior and needs, continuously optimizing user strategies and product experience.
Build and refine user segmentation systems, implementing targeted strategies for different user groups.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to implement user growth initiatives.
Monitor key metrics such as retention rate, engagement rate, and conversion rate, and regularly evaluate and improve performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, proposing innovative ideas to enhance user operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Data Analysis, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in internet user operations, with proven experience in user growth projects.
Strong understanding of user lifecycle management and segmentation strategies.
Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proven ability in campaign planning and project execution, capable of independently managing operations.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with a results-oriented mindset.
High sensitivity to user experience, with strong responsibility and innovation mindset.
Experience in overseas user operations (Mexico preferred); exposure to multiple markets such as Mexico, Brazil, etc., is a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of Mexican user culture, behavior, and digital trends is highly preferred.
