【キャリアパス】
・当部門の役割は、新規案件の発掘の他に「将来のトップセールスの育成」という重要な役割を担っています。
・インサイドセールスの社員のうち、新卒3年目以内、中途採用の多くがIT業界未経験者です。当社が誇るトレーニングプログラムで、ビジョンセリング、IT法人営業としての基礎業界を学びながら、アカウント営業（外勤営業）を目指していただきます。
・約1年〜2年、当部門にて実績をあげた後、アカウントセールス（外勤営業）としての活躍を期待しています。

金融、人材紹介、Web広告、インターネット、コンサルティング、製造業界など
【必須（MUST）】
・無形商材の法人営業経験を4年以上持つ方
・目標達成意欲を持つ方（未達成のときは悔しいと思える方）
・リーダとしての何らかの経験を有する方
