Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. Senior Technical Manager - Frontend CAD/EDA Flow Methodology and Development B.E/B.Tech in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. 18+ years of progressive experience in the VLSI industry, with deep expertise in CAD/EDA tools, flows, and infrastructure. Deep understanding of SoC front-end design flows and EDA ecosystems. Experience in applying AI/ML techniques to CAD automation and design optimization. Strong programming and scripting skills with a focus on scalable infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Architect and manage front-end CAD/EDA flows in the area of design creation and integration, including RTL quality checks (Lint, CDC, Comp-Elab), synthesis, and formal verification. Lead AI/ML-driven automation initiatives to optimize design workflows, improve tool efficiency, and enhance predictive analytics for RTL quality and debug. Develop and maintain robust scripting and automation frameworks using Python, Perl, Shell, and Makefiles to support design teams across multiple sites. Collaborate with EDA vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate, integrate, and support cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Provide technical leadership in resolving complex tool and flow issues, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and agility.
