Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Foreman and crew in the installation of landscape construction projects.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws, skid loaders, and other tools required for hardscape both safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by handling and storing materials properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of different backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels
• Always represent Outerland’s best interest, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Valid Driver’s License w/acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50lbs+
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and Saturdays if needed (overtime available)
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Enthusiasm and Pride in Work; to create spectacular spaces
• Adaptability and Flexibility; to work and communicate with different crews and customers, in varying locations during inclement weather
• Dependability and Reliability; showing up on time to support your team, and maintaining a dedication to providing the best services possible to our clientele
• Must be able to reliably commute to Mashpee
