About Leora:
Leora Behavioral Health offers a full continuum of outpatient care to help support as many clients as possible. Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality PHP, IOP, and OP treatment to clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with clients and their support systems to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- License/Education/Certification: LSW (BSW, MSW), LPC, LISW, or LPCC
- 2 years previous experience in a Mental Health setting. (Preferred)
- At least 1 year previous experience in group counseling. (Preferred)
- Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders. (Preferred)
