Project Manager for Browser-Based Blockchain MMO

We are hiring a project manager for a remote-based, independent game development start-up building an MMORPG with blockchain integration. Your primary task will be to tie together the creative deliverables from those departments with the overall workflow of the development team responsible for implementing the assets. You will be tasked with keeping a general overview of the project as a whole, identifying and addressing bottlenecks in close collaboration with the C-suite, and optimizing the way we work together within the company. We are on a two-year development roadmap for the first iteration of our product, so there is plenty of time for you to get well familiar with our product. There will be many opportunities to shape and influence the final iteration of our game, as well as work and grow alongside our expert team.  Our ideal candidateIdeally, as a project manager at Pixie Interactive, you have the following (or similar) experience: * Mid- to long-term professional experience with project management in a remote organization with team members working across multiple different time zones.* Hands-on experience with project management in the gaming, digital entertainment or software development industries.* It will be greatly beneficial if you have past history specifically with the software development and/or free-to-play games industry, so you understand not only your colleagues' perspectives but our customers' as well.* It is a great benefit if you are familiar with, have dabbled in, or consider yourself an expert in blockchain technology, NFTs, and/or the communities urrounding those, as that represents a large share of our investor base, and understanding how they think is a great benefit to our work.* You are naturally curious and work well within a remote envionment where your colleagues are always at arms' reach hile at the same time a thousand miles away. This also means you work well from home (or a rented office space).
