Benefitting from our own laser cutter and CNC press brakes, you can be sure your work is efficient, precise and accurate. Established 40 years ago, Framos is a small (15 people and growing) family business, meaning you will get the opportunity to get hands-on with various aspects of the business including: CAD Drawing, Laser Nesting, Material Purchasing, Quality Inspection, Project Management, Quoting. Opportunity to progress to an Operations Director role. Skills required:Confident reading engineering drawings (critical)Experience of sheet metal fabrication (essential)Experience managing a production team and improving efficiencies (essential)Experience of creating 2D and 3D CAD drawings from scratchConfident in customer communicationPride in work Working Hours:Monday - Thursday: 7.30am - 4.15pm, Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm BonusPaid based upon company performance
