This position will involve designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user requirements.Work collaboratively with developers and product managers to implement design solutions.Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.RequirementsProven experience in UX design or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and methodologies.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.Nice to haveExperience in user research and usability testing.Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
