Job Description

Investment Sourcing & Market Research

• Identify and evaluate early and growth stage blockchain technology companies across sectors such as payments, real world asset tokenization, infrastructure and enterprise solutions.

• Build relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners

• Monitor regulatory developments, market trends and competitive landscapes

Investment Analysis & Due Diligence

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective investments

• Analyze business models, governance structures, and revenue mechanisms

• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos

• Assess technology architecture in collaboration with technical advisors

Deal Execution & Portfolio Support

• Support deal structuring, term sheet analysis, and investment committee processes

• Assist in post-investment portfolio support, including strategic planning and KPI tracking

• Coordinate with legal, compliance and external advisors

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge Development & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to research papers, market maps, and internal investment theses

• Stay current on blockchain standards and tools

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking or consulting
• Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 business models
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
