Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Stafast Products, Fort Mill, SCInside Sales and Customer ServiceBilingual English/Spanish is required for our current opening.The Inside Sales team at Stafast works with our customers to ensure their fastener needs are being met. This includes both the fasteners as well as automation capabilities.Primary Responsibilities –Communicate directly with existing and new customers by telephone and/or email as they contact Stafast.Develop new customers by contacting leads via phone, email, etc., to find what their fastener needs are and how Stafast may be able to help them.Work with our Outside Sales and Engineering Teams on the development of new parts.Share with customers how Stafast can assist them with various automation processes.Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products. After training on our company business system (Dynamics AX), you will become an efficient user of the program.Strong Bilingual (English/Spanish) are required for this position.
