Senior Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join a growing team in Tel Aviv and play a key role in building systems powering AI-driven systems, reimagining how security teams operate through autonomous agents that deliver managed threat management across the full security lifecycle. You’ll own features end-to-end - from idea to production - and work closely with a team that ships fast and thinks big.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs

• Build scalable, high-performance systems for a production environment

• Take full ownership of features - from idea through design to production

• Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and reliability

• Leverage AI tools and techniques throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer

• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building production-grade applications

• Hands-on experience designing and building scalable distributed systems

• Strong problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership and independence

• Eager to learn and use AI everywhere - from coding to product delivery

Nice to Have

• Experience with Temporal or any other workflow orchestration engine.

• Experience building reliable and measurable AI systems.

• Background in security or cybersecurity.

• Experience in fast-paced, fast-growing startup environments
