Role Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Technical Design Co-op to support our Buying team in fit execution and sample evaluation. This role helps ensure that each garment meets our standards for quality, construction, and fit. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the product development process, working closely with buyers, vendors, and technical design partners across our sister brands.
Time Commitment
- Part-time (10–20 hours/week)
- Opportunity for full-time hours upon completion of 6-month co-op

Role Responsibilities
- Support and participate in fit sessions; take detailed notes and assist in fit evaluations.
- Measure samples and assess fit and construction accuracy against existing tech packs.
- Record, organize, and distribute fit comments to vendors and factories.
- Update existing tech packs with fit changes and approved comments.
- Partner with buyers to ensure feedback is accurately captured and communicated.
- Interface with full-time Technical Designers at our sister brands to align on spec standards, fit blocks, and best practices.
- Maintain organized fit notes and sample references for future use.
- Collate on-site fit reviews and use this feedback in future to improve fit.
Role Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and measurement.
- Proficient in Google Office Suite including Gmail, Sheets, Calendar.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
