תיאור התפקיד:

הפעלה, הדרכה, תחזוקה של כלל מכונות הייצור במחלקות השונות

אחריות לאחזקות מונעות לפי תוכנית מובנת של היצרן

מתן מענה ראשוני לתקלות שבר במכונות במכאניקה / פנאומטיקה / הידראוליקה / אוטומציה

מעקב אחר ביצועי המערך כולל איסוף נתונים, ניהול זמני תקן, כתיבת נהלי ייצור

דרישות התפקיד:

השכלה כטכנאי/ת / הנדסאי/ת מכונות / חשמל/מכטרוניקה- יתרון.

ניסיון קודם של 3 שנים לפחות בתפקיד דומה במפעל תעשייתי ייצרני – חובה.

נכונות לעבודה במשמרות 4-4 (2 בוקר, 2 לילה 4 ימים חופש)- חובה

ידע ניסיון בפתרון בעיות במכונות ומערכות – חובה.

אנגלית טכנית ברמה גבוהה - חובה.

ידע וניסיון בקריאת שרטוטים מכניים, שרטוטי חשמל, שרטוטי מכונה והרכבות משנה – יתרון.

ידע והכרה של מערכות מכאניקה, הידראוליקה ופנאומטיקה למכונות ייצור.

SodaStream Metal Plant is hiring a Maintenance Technician / Practical Engineer!

Job Description:

Operate, train, and maintain all production machines across various departments.
Perform preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer’s defined maintenance plans.
Provide first-line response to machine breakdowns in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.
Monitor system performance, including data collection, standard time management, and writing production procedures.

Requirements:

Education as a Technician / Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics – an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial manufacturing environment – required.
Willingness to work a 4-4 shift pattern (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 4 days off) – required.
Proven experience in troubleshooting machines and systems – required.
High level of technical English – required.
Knowledge and experience in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, machine drawings, and sub-assemblies – an advantage.
Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in production machinery.
