We are looking for a Self-Employed Joiner to join our fast growing & vibrant company; Innovex Group. As well as ticking the boxes below – we are looking for someone who truly cares about the quality of the work that they deliver and the relationships that they build.The role is site based covering all types of commercial joinery works.The ideal candidate should possess communication skills, a deep understanding of technical products and services, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients, sales and project teams.The ability to think proactively and solve problems quickly is essential.Main Duties & Responsibilities:You would be reporting directly to a Site Foreman or Project Manager helping run projects from inception to completion and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.Working as a Joiner, you will be site-based working with site teams ensuring the smooth flow of the construction project you will be working on.Swiftly develop a deep understanding of the services offered by the company.Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.Ensure all work is completed within the specified timescales.Be an ambassador for the organisation whilst undertaking works on site when required.Report any issues or concerns to your manager in respect to the project or task you are working on to ensure there are no delays in completion so as not to encounter any contract penalty clauses.Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the client's requirements/specifications.Carry out works to the required standard whilst using sustainable resources and being environmentally conscious.Ensure that acceptable levels of customer care are always provided.· Be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.· When on site we require you to be respectful to our clients and leave site in a clean and tidy condition.· We expect you to ensure that you work safely and adhere to your Risk Assessments and Method Statements.· We expect you to carry out work to the highest standards and ensure a good quality of work.· Any variations to work must be reported to your supervisor/the office.Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:Proven experience in a similar role within the site installation industry.Review construction drawings and preconstruction documents.· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organisational skills.Experience of working closely with multi-disciplinary design and cost management teams.· Good understanding of the CDM Regulations and the roles they require.Ability to make decisions and to act on your own initiative.Demonstrate a proactive and flexible working attitude.Minimum of NVQ Level 3/Advanced or equivalent within chosen trade.Self-motivated and proactivePositive attitude and the ability to integrate and be an active part in the team.Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.CSCS card.You must hold a full current UK driving licence & your own vehicle.Must be willing to travel, working away from home will be required when necessary.What We’ll Give to You:We want you to become part of the fabric of Innovex Group.
