Skills/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience and a minimum of 3 years sales experience
• Plumbing sales experience, a plus (Comfort Advisor will be selling mainly water heaters and water filtration in addition to HVAC systems.)
• Able to identify problems & recommend solutions
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated to work as team member for an HVAC industry leader
• Experienced selling with a commission-based income
• Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Smart phone, etc.
• Clean background & MVR

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tool (Service Titan).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
