Sales Broker - Relocate to Spain

My client is a dynamic and fast-growing international financial services firm, headquartered in Spain, specialising in investment products including stocks, shares, and portfolio management. The Role

They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Broker with a strong background in selling financial products. This is a phone-based sales role requiring strong closing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in financial sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing investor relationships, and converting qualified leads into active clients. You will be expected to hit aggressive sales targets and be rewarded accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective investors (qualified leads provided)

• Sell stocks, shares, and related investment products to retail and high-net-worth clients

• Build long-term relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

• Understand client risk profiles and advise on suitable investment strategies

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years in telesales, ideally within a financial services environment

• Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles

• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

• Willingness to relocate to Spain
