As a SAP STP Senior Associate you will support client needs within our business application consulting practice, helping to implement and maintain SAP Procurement capabilities that improve purchasing, supplier management, contract workflows, and inventory processes. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your technical skills and understanding of the broader business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will contribute to SAP procurement solutions, interpret client feedback, and help deliver work that aligns with project objectives and the needs of the engagement.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Implementing and configuring SAP Procurement solutions to support source to pay transformation, supplier management, and contract management processes

- Supporting client workstreams across procurement operations, inventory management, and application enhancement activities

- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional SAP Procurement solutions aligned to project objectives

- Troubleshooting system issues, testing configuration changes, and validating process flows across integrated SAP environments

- Interpreting data from spend analysis and supplier performance reporting to inform process improvements and recommendations

- Developing documentation, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption and operational continuity

- Collaborating with client stakeholders and team members to gather feedback, manage priorities, and address evolving business needs

- Mentoring junior team members and reviewing assigned tasks to maintain consistency in delivery and technical execution

 

What You Must Have

 

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- At least 4 to 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

 

What Sets You Apart

 

- At least one SAP Procurement certification, including S/4HANA, Ariba, or Fieldglass

- Demonstrating SAP Procurement configuration experience across source-to-pay processes

- Applying analytical thinking to spend analysis and supplier management scenarios

- Supporting client engagements while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities

- Interpreting business context to shape data-driven recommendations

- Mentoring junior team members through delivery tasks and issue resolution
