Own the strategy, roadmap, integration, and measurable value realization across Infrastructure and Cloud Operations. The role will lead the evolution from operational stability to continuous transformation, driving scalable capabilities across cloud, infrastructure and emerging technology platforms.

 

The role will prioritize strategic capabilities, drive transformation and operational excellence, establish measurable value and performance outcomes, and provide leadership governance and enablement to accelerate the adoption and scale of modern infrastructure and cloud services.

 

This role focuses on strengthening end-to-end operational effectiveness through stakeholder alignment, and team leadership. The role combines deep enterprise transformation expertise w structured execution, and organizational change leadership—bridging technology, operations, governance, and business priorities to accelerate modernization and technology adoption across global stakeholder group.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Integration
  • Define vision, value proposition, service offering and roadmap.
  • Architect a standardized, repeatable “plug-and-play” onboarding framework to integrate emerging capability domains and function verticals.
• Transformation and Value Realization
  • Lead transformation after transition, from opportunity identification through adoption and sustained improvement.
  • Establish outcome driven baselines, targets, benefit owners and measures across financial, operational, productivity, service and risk outcomes.
  • Build and govern the Enterprise Benefits Realization Register, systematically tracking, validating, and reporting pipeline, committed, and realized ROI to executive leadership.
• Strategic Partnership and Enablement
  • Embed clear expectations for automation, productivity, service quality, resilience, and value realization.
  • Track partner commitments from selection and contracting through delivery and realized value.
• Executive Governance, Change Strategy and Enablement
  • Lead I&O scorecards, QBRs, leadership forums, action governance, and executive reporting.
  • Shift reporting from milestones and activities to outcomes, value, risks, and decisions.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, communications and change readiness for Common Services transformation. 

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, organizational change, transition management, workforce readiness and adoption across Fortune 100 organizations.
• Current experience driving transformation, integration, executive governance and strategic enablement across a global technology organization, including ITSM process harmonization, Hyper Automation and AI-enabled operations.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into structured roadmaps, governance models, adoption plans, executive scorecards, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-partner and vendor governance, including managed services, strategic business reviews, partner performance and cross-functional execution.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work across Technology, Product, Finance, Procurement, business teams and strategic partners.
• Professional certifications spanning AI Transformation, Change Management, Agile Delivery, Enterprise Design Thinking, and Agentic AI enablement.
