Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Regular, proactive customer visits across assigned hospitals, laboratories, and regional accounts to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Perform on-site product and instrument promotions, presentations to end-user (physicians, laboratory managers, and procurement teams)
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, present commercial proposals, and drive account growth in line with regional targets
• Coordinate closely with technical service and logistics teams to ensure seamless product integration and high customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and public tenders in the region to identify new commercial opportunities
• Attend to related congress, symposiums…

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering
• 3 to 7 years of successful field sales experience in medical diagnostics
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Communication, and negotiation skills
• Active driver's license, willing to travel intercity as needed (3–5 field days per week).
