In dieser Drehscheibenfunktion bedienen Sie die diversen Schnittstellen (Sales, Logistik, Produktion, Spedition, Einkauf, Controlling, Prüfung) und arbeiten eng mit der nationalen und globalen Projektleitung zusammen.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

• Verantwortung für die end-to-end Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten, von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Fakturierung, inklusive Termin- und Prozesskoordination.
• Steuerung und Koordination der Material-, Logistik- und Transportprozesse über SAP sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik, Controlling und Projektmanagement, um eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen.
• Sicherstellung einer kunden-, kosten- und lösungsorientierten Projektausführung, aktive Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsinitiativen sowie Unterstützung bei der Erreichung relevanter Geschäfts- und Leistungskennzahlen.

Ihr Hintergrund

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung.
• Sie sind Experte in SAP (MM und SD-Module) und MS Office, SharePoint Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Ihre bisherigen Projekte waren bereits global vertreten und Sie sind vertraut mit den Auswirkungen der Incoterms, Gefahrengut-Transport Kenntnisse wären ein Plus.
• Sie bringen starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift mit und schätzen ein internationales Umfeld.
• Ihre Motivation und Freude neue Themen auszuprobieren, bringen Sie in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld ein.

In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Sales, Logistics, Production, Freight Forwarding, Procurement, Controlling, and Quality, while collaborating with both local and global project management teams.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer projects, from order entry through invoicing, including schedule and process coordination.
• Manage and coordinate material, logistics, and transportation processes in SAP while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Controlling, and Project Management to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Ensure customer-focused, cost-efficient, and solution-oriented project delivery, actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the achievement of key business and performance targets.

Qualifications for the role

• Commercial training with solid experience in project execution and order handling.
• Expert knowledge of SAP (MM and SD modules) and MS Office; SharePoint knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience working on global projects and familiarity with the implications of Incoterms; knowledge of dangerous goods transportation would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, and an appreciation for working in an international environment.
• Motivation and enthusiasm for exploring new topics and contributing in an agile work environment.
