What You Will Do / 主な業務内容 

• Support the daily operation and leadership of the Security & Safety Department. 

• Supervise and develop Security Officers through coaching, training, and performance management. 

• Monitor and maintain CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and life safety systems. 

• Conduct security patrols, risk assessments, and safety inspections throughout the property. 

• Lead emergency response activities and support crisis management procedures when required. 

• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions. 

• Coordinate fire drills and emergency preparedness training programs. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards. 

• Collaborate with hotel departments, building management, police, fire authorities, and external partners. 

• Promote a strong safety culture across the hotel.

• セキュリティチームの指導・育成・評価を行う 

• CCTV、入退館管理システム、防災設備および警報設備の管理・監視を行う 

• 館内巡回、安全点検、リスクアセスメントを実施する 

• 緊急事態発生時の対応および危機管理体制を支援する 

• 事故・インシデント調査および報告書作成を行い、再発防止策を推進する 

• 防火・防災訓練および緊急対応訓練を企画・実施する 

• 関係法令や社内基準の遵守を徹底する 

• 各部門、ビル管理会社、警察・消防などの関係機関と連携する 

• ホテル全体の安全意識向上に貢献する 

 

What You Bring / 応募要件・求める人物像 

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in Security, Safety, Loss Prevention, or a related field. 

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. 

• English communication skills are an advantage.

• Microsoft Officeの基本操作スキル 

• シフト勤務（夜勤・土日祝を含む）への対応が可能な方

Schedule & Hours / 勤務時間 

• Full-time position 

• Shift-based schedule (8 working hours per day) 

• Rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight coverage as required 

• Flexible availability to support operational and emergency situations 

• 正社員 

• シフト制（実働8時間） 

• 土日祝日を含む交代制勤務 

• 夜勤を含むシフト勤務あり
